How do I book the venue?
We require a non-refundable, non-transferable down payment to secure the date. Please note we do not hold dates for clients.
Is the venue air-conditioned?
Yes, we have fully air-conditioned as well as open air spaces.
How many persons can the venue accommodate?
The Indoor Atrium has capacity for up to 450 persons seated banquet style. The Waterfront Patio has a standing capacity of 300 persons. Our maximum capacities utilize the full 18,000sq feet of usable function space and are rated over 1,000 persons seated banquet style or 3,000 persons standing.
Please note we have a 50 guests minimum requirement for all events.
What is the cut off time for events?
The cutoff time for weddings and private events is 12am (midnight). Public parties and fetes will be based upon agreement with the venue manager.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, The Anchorage's parking zones can accommodate up to 200 cars. We also provide car parking attendants who will be on duty for the duration of the event. For more information, please speak to one of our representatives on parking capacity.
Are there catering and bar packages available?
Yes, The Anchorage offers in-house bar service and catering services from our trusted service providers. Request our packages for our menu offerings.
Can I provide my own caterer?
Yes, The Anchorage allows clients to provide their preferred catering suppliers. Please send a request to our sales team for more information.
Can I provide my own bar services?
Depending on the type of package for your event, you may be able to bring in your own bar service. Please send a request to our sales team for more information.
Is there audiovisual equipment available?
The Anchorage does not offer audiovisual equipment on site. Clients are required to bring in their suppliers or we can provide recommendations.
Does The Anchorage offer decor packages?
The Anchorage does not have on-site decor services. We can recommend options for decorating services from our trusted service providers.
What are your decorating rules?
We do not allow the use of staples, nails, screws, tacks, paint, tape or adhesives to any of our infrastructure or furniture. All candles and open flames must be securely fixed in sturdy, approved candle holders, enclosures, glass hurricane type lamps, etc.
Can we have confetti at our event?
The Anchorage strictly prohibits the use of confetti within the venue compound as it is difficult to remove and can end up within the ocean as we are a waterfront property.
