Is the venue air-conditioned? 

Yes, We have fully air-conditioned as well as open air spaces. 

How many persons can the venue accommodate? 

We can accommodate intimate events as small as 50 persons. Our maximum capacities utilize the full 18,000sq feet of usable function space and are rated over 1,000 persons seated banquet style or 3,000 persons standing.

What parking facilities do you have? 

The Anchorage parking facilities can accommodate over 200 cars. We also provide car parking attendants who will be on duty for the duration of the event.

Are there catering and bar packages available? 

Yes, The Anchorage offers in-house bar service and catering services from our trusted vendors. Request our packages for our menu offerings. 

Can I provide my own caterer for food? 

The Anchorage does allow clients to provide their own catering services. Request our packages for more information. 

Can I provide my own bar services? 

Depending on the type of package for your event, you may be able to bring in your own bar service. Request our packages for more information.

Is there audiovisual equipment available? 

Unfortunately, the Anchorage does not offer audiovisual equipment on site. Clients are encouraged to bring in their preferred suppliers or we can provide recommendations. 

What are your decorating rules? 

A: We do not allow the use of staples, nails, screws, tacks, paint, tape or adhesives to any of our infrastructure or furniture. All candles and open flames must be securely fixed in sturdy, approved candle holders, enclosures, glass hurricane type lamps, etc. We do not allow the use of confetti.

How long do we have the venue for? 

The cutoff time for weddings and private events is 12am. Public parties and fetes will be based upon agreement with the venue team.
